2. Re-awaken your Newsletter. We have many clients that used to provide a monthly newsletter and now are down to 2 a year, if that. Commit to 4 a year and see if you can make that target. This could revitalize your client base!
4. Track marketing costs and watch your return on investment if you don’t already. See if there’s a change you want to make in the long or short term (and define how long ‘short term’ and ‘long term’ are!).
5. Focus, focus, focus! If you make your organization aware of your goals they can help keep track if you seem to be wondering away from them or not. This can also help keep them focused and motivated.
