Being the face of your business can physically be challenging (having people recognizing you buying meds at a grocery store or sorting recycling while you’re nursing a migraine). Being the face of your business online can be mentally challenging. However, there are ways to navigate the waters of paperwork, online demands and the physical tasks involved in your business (assuming your dealing with physical products). Erin Benzakein wrote a series of articles for detailing how she kept her business afloat and even increased income so employees needed to be hired. It does involve taking some leaps and risks as well as embracing social media, but her efforts are well-detailed. Kudos to her for tracing the steps of her journey.
